Guideline Update: HHS Adult & Adolescent Antiretroviral Treatment Guidelines

Dr. Brian Wood reviews key September 2024 changes to the HHS Guidelines for the Use of Antiretroviral Agents in Adults and Adolescents with HIV. He discusses updates on initial treatment options and the impact of cabotegravir PrEP. Guidelines on how to manage virologic failure and two co-occurring conditions (HBV and LTBI) are also addressed.
